This is an excellent video to watch on more information about mindfulness.

Dr. Dan Siegel and Mindsight

Dr. Siegel and his work on Mindsight is fascinating material.  The very humanist and holistic approach that Dr. Siegel believes evolves from the healthy neuroscience of the mind and body is very plausible.  I am especially interested in his work on intuition.  Do you suppose that the somatic knowledge that feeds the intuition (more developed in some people than others) could be connecting into the collective conscious addressed in Quantum Mechanics (my thought and question)?
